The Community Alliance of the Yampa Valley hosts a public forum on the potential impacts of oil and gas development in Routt County at 6 p.m. in Library Hall at Bud Werner Memorial Library. Brief presentations by panel members will address air, water, wildlife and community. A public Q-and-A period will follow.
