Aging Well, a program of the Northwest Colorado Visiting Nurse Association, hosts Wellness Day at the Oak Creek Community Center. Arthritis Foundation Exercise begins at 10:45 a.m., and lunch for $3 from the Routt County Council on Aging is at noon. Call 970-871-7676.
