The Steamboat Optimist Club hosts its 21st annual Pumpkin Festival beginning at 10:30 a.m. Oct. 22 in the Howelsen Hill parking lot. There will be free pumpkins to be painted by children ages 2 to 11. Refreshments will be served. Middle school students can receive PS credit.
