The Steamboat Springs High School chapter of the National Honor Society is hosting a Halloween costume swap from 9 to 11 a.m. Oct. 22 to benefit schools hurt by Hurricane Irene. There will be a small fee at the door and donations will be collected. You can donate children's costumes through Oct. 20 at several drop-off locations around town, including the high school.
