The Northwest Colorado Legal Services Project, Northwest Colorado Bar Association and the Routt County Council on Aging will sponsor a presentation for senior citizens and other community members interested in “The Effects of the Housing Crisis on Our Community” at 12:30 p.m. Nov. 10 at Library Hall. Attorney Mark Fischer will be the guest speaker. This event will be followed by a question-and-answer period. Participants are welcome to bring a brown bag lunch or may make meal reservations at 970-879-0633.
