Yampa Valley Sustainability Council’s Zero Waste Initiative is supporting Ride the Rockies Tuesday to June 16 and needs volunteers to help recycle and compost. No RSVP necessary; volunteers should go to Steamboat Springs High School and look for the Zero Hero Events tent. Shifts are 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., 2 to 6 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday and 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 9 a.m. to noon Thursday.
