The Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club and the Yampa Valley Pony Club host international trainer and instructor Daniel Stewart for a sports psychology seminar on stress management, goal setting, positive thinking and visualization techniques. The lecture starts at 6 p.m. in Olympian Hall at Howelsen Hill. The cost is $10, or $20 for those would like a 5:30 p.m. box dinner from Backcountry Provisions.
