Yampa Valley Integrated Health, a service of Yampa Valley Medical Center, will offer four Mindfulness Meditation classes with Angela Silvernail Melzer, OTR, MSW, from 5:15 to 6:30 p.m. The cost for four Monday classes is $32. For more information and to sign up, call 970-875-2731.
