Bud Werner Memorial Library invites all romantics 6 and older to listen to folktales and stories of love, friendship and kindness in the Library’s Story-time Room at 3 p.m. Feb. 13. The program will feature local members of Spellbinders, a volunteer oral storytelling organization.
