The Community Alliance of Yampa Valley holds its annual meeting from 6 to 9 p.m. in Library Hall at Bud Werner Memorial Library. Members are asked to attend the business portion from 6 to 6:30, when the slate of candidates and the treasurer’s report are presented and approved. A break is at 6:30 p.m., and at 7 the staffs from the city’s and the county’s planning departments present the Community Plan Update.
