Community classes for mind body awareness When: 10 to 11:15 a.m. Where: Library Hall at Bud Werner Memorial Library Cost: Free Call: 879-0240 More: After drawing 400 people to a five-week starter series of free mind-body awareness classes, Bud Werner Memorial Library is hosting a second series of events. Today, Christy Borden teaches strength and flexibility through yoga, Pilates and resistance stretching. Donations benefit for Cards for Calcutta. Community classes are designed for all levels of experience. Wear comfortable clothes, and bring a mat and a blanket. Classes are by donation, and each teacher has individually chosen a cause to receive each week’s donations. Each class is followed by a tea tasting, compliments of The Deep Steep Tea Co.
