Division Engineer Erin Light and Water Commissioner Andrea Schaffner will discuss the upcoming designation of the Elk River basin as over-appropriated at a meeting at 5 p.m. at the Steamboat Springs Community Center, 1605 Lincoln Ave. All water users and interested parties within the Elk River Basin are encouraged to attend.
