The fifth annual Holiday Tree Festival begins at 1 p.m. Dec. 4 at the Routt County Fairgrounds Exhibit Hall. An auction begins at 1:30 p.m. and includes decorated wreaths, trees and centerpieces created by local youths. Proceeds will go to the organizations that created the items.
