An introduction to home canning class is from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Routt County Extension Office in the Courthouse Annex in Steamboat Springs. The cost is $10. Registrants will receive the latest edition of the “Ball Blue Book of Preserving.” Call the office to reserve a space at 970-879-0825.
