Registration for the Winter Carnival Street Events begins on Friday, February 1st. Sorry, no early registration allowed. Be prepared - you may sign your child up for (1) primary and (1) alternate horse event each day. Children must have a Winter Carnival Button to participate. Buttons will be available for purchase at registration. **THERE WILL BE NO REGISTRATION FOR HORSE EVENTS DURING WINTER CARNIVAL WEEKEND. YOU MUST REGISTER YOUR CHILDREN IN ADVANCE**
