The Buddhist Center of Steamboat Springs hosts His Holiness Lopen Ngawan Tenzin Rinpoche's giving of "The Empowerment of the Buddha of Compassion" (Chenresig) from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. Dec. 8 at Olympian Hall. Through this ritual, His Holiness will bestow the blessings that bring about wisdom, peace and well-being for each of us and for the community of Steamboat Springs. The suggested donation is $15.
