Steamboat Springs' Jewish community group, Har Mishpacha, will celebrate the Jewish New Year, Rosh Hashanah beginning Friday with a Shabbat service at 7 p.m. at the Church of Latter Day Saints , 1155 Central Park Drive. A morning service will be held on Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Church of Latter Day Saints. A Tashlich ceremony will be held Saturday at 3 p.m. at Dr. Rich Weiss Memorial Park across from Health and Rec. Services are conducted by Rabbi Joseph Goldman and everyone is welcome to attend. Children's services and babysitting are offered.
