Couples announcements for July 2006




Happy 50th wedding anniversary on July 6 to Dick and Kay Palmer from Danny and Barbara.



Connie Ann Miner and Gerald Allen Pascetti were married in Miller Park in Tryon, Neb., on July 2, 2006. Attending the couple were Lisa Pascetti, daughter of the groom, of Craig; Amy Miner, daughter of the bride; Tim Novotny, of Craig; and Chris Miner, son of the bride. Isabelle Pascetti was the flower girl and Domanic Pascetti was the ring bearer. Parents of the couple are Vernon and Pauline Lutes of Tryon, Neb.; Angelo Pascetti of Leadville; and the late Margit Pascetti. John Gale of Sioux Falls, S.D., officiated the ceremony. His wife, Edith Ellen, served at the guest book. Matthew Miner and family of Grand Junction, and Angelo Pascetti, who is stationed with the military in Germany, were unable to attend. Dennis and Karen Licking, the bride's brother-in-law and sister, hosted a reception at the Fair Building in Tryon after the ceremony for about 50 people. After a brief honeymoon in North Platte, Neb., Connie, Gerald, Chris and Amy are living in Hayden.



Becky Pendleton, daughter of Lynn and Mary Ann Pendleton of Laramie, Wyo., is engaged to be married to Aaron Maddox, son of Bob and Cindy Maddox of Steamboat Springs. Becky graduated from the University of Wyoming with a bachelor's degree in education and is working as a fourth grade teacher in Walden. Aaron graduated from the University of Wyoming with a bachelor's and master's degree in accounting. The couple will be married Aug. 11, 2006, at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Laramie, Wyo. The ceremony will be officiated by Ralph Rohr. The reception is at Alice Hardy Stevens', and the bride and groom will reside in Walden.
