Bella LuAnn Blackwell, daughter of Mariah Blackwell and William Emmett Blackwell III, of Steamboat Springs, was born at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 6, 2011, at Yampa Valley Medical Center. She weighed 7 pounds, 2 ounces and was 18.5 inches long. Her sibling is Damienne Radford Blackwell. Cooper Ryan Kopatz, son of Allyson Kopatz and Brett Kopatz, of Steamboat Springs, was born at 11:22 p.m. Oct. 6, 2011, at Yampa Valley Medical Center. He weighed 7 pounds, 7 ounces and was 19.25 inches long. His sister is Taylor Kopatz.
